Here is what happened.
After we wash them in a heated wash rack that is huge, we have to blow out all the water with a cattle blower. The little yellow thing behind the cattle chute.
After they are dry, Brandt clipped their hair so that they look good and showy.Then with a lot of different hair sprays they are finally ready to go to the show ring.
This is me with my blue roan heifer.She had to be shown as a crossbred because the Chianina registration papers are in Dad's name.
I got 14th place out of 15 and not as bad as Brandt.
This is Brandt with his heifer.
She was shown as a Chianina.
Brandt got 16th place out of 16 with his heifer.
We are planing to go to some more shows this spring so keep checking back for more pictures.
